Cancellation Policy

Rainy Days: If a session is canceled due to rain, a half refund will be issued for a one-day session. If both days of the weekend are canceled due to rain, a full refund will be provided. Hot Weather: On days forecasted to exceed 85°F, sessions will be moved to 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM to ensure safety and comfort for participants. Notification: You will be notified of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Payment and Scheduling Policy All Payments Are Final: Please note that all payments made for minicamp sessions are non-refundable, except in the case of weather-related cancellations as outlined in the Weather-Related Policy. Switching Weeks: If you need to switch your child's session to a different weekend, please contact me directly to secure a spot. Do not make a new payment—I'll assist you in transferring your registration. Thank you for your understanding!
